Video Transcript

“Your college application is complete. Everyone you know is reviewing it: your mother, “blah blah blah blah blah”, your father, “blah blah blah blah,” your second cousin twice removed, “blah blah blah blah”, your butcher, baker, candlestick maker, “blah blah blah blah…”. They know you, but do they know college admissions?

Unlike family and friends, our former admissions officer have worked at Ivy League, Big Ten, and highly competitive liberal arts colleges making thousands of admit, deny, wait list and defer decisions. AdmissionsCheckup.com helps catch red flags or mixed messages and gives students the opportunity to send the best application possible. AdmissionsCheckup.com’s advice makes for a far more compelling application. The feedback is direct, candid, confidential and fast.

Our former admissions officers do not know the students and are unbiased. Three admissions officers will review the student’s application and give specific feedback in 24 to 72 hours. The applicant can then explain, mitigate, or if warranted, change the application before it is submitted. Like the admissions committee, our former admissions officers won’t know you, but they do know college admissions.
